HappyLyfe
Thailand’s sustainable marketplace — web, app, and store
HappyLyfe is Bangkok’s curated marketplace for organic, ethical, and sustainable living — online, on mobile, and in a Sukhumvit Soi 26 experiential store. We engineered a custom commerce platform so catalog, inventory, and checkout stay one truth across every channel.

Project summary
What we set out to ship.
happylyfe.in.th is a curated commerce experience: shoppers discover organic and ethical products with transparent sourcing, certificates and lab reports, dietary filters (vegan, keto, gluten-free, and more), and lifestyle sensitivities including fair trade and cruelty-free. The digital storefront mirrors the Sukhumvit Soi 26 experiential flagship near Phrom Phong BTS — same brand, same catalog truth. Donation wallet flows let customers support partner charities at checkout. Delivery spans Thailand; the site and app are the daily face of a multi-vendor marketplace that also runs in-store POS.
Sustainable products in Thailand were hard to find, trust, and buy in one place. HappyLyfe also ran ecommerce and a physical store on separate systems — stock drifted, overselling was a risk, and staff reconciled by hand. Off-the-shelf storefronts could not protect data confidentiality or unify online and in-store operations.

Client challenge
The pressure behind the brief.
Sustainable goods in Thailand were hard to find, trust, and buy in one place. HappyLyfe ran ecommerce and a Sukhumvit store on separate systems — stock drifted, overselling risked trust, and staff reconciled by hand. Off-the-shelf storefronts could not protect confidential data or unify channels.

- Local payment rails and language of place beat generic global templates.
