Project summary
What we set out to ship.
whip.my is a clear operator site: Helping Business Grow, then four solution pillars — Point of Sale, Payments, eInvoice, and Attendance. Audience blocks speak to food (restaurants, cafés, warongs, stalls), retail (convenience and clothing), and service (gyms, sports, recreation). The close is practical: manage orders, payments, customers, and reports in one place. No noise — just the system everyday SMBs need to stay efficient across Singapore and Malaysia.
Independent restaurants, retail outlets, and service businesses often stitch together separate POS, payment, invoicing, and attendance tools. That creates duplicate entry, unclear reporting, and compliance risk on eInvoices — especially when operating across locations and both B2B and B2C sales.

Client challenge
The pressure behind the brief.
Restaurants, retail, and service businesses stitched together separate POS, payment, eInvoice, and attendance tools. Duplicate entry, muddy reporting, and compliance risk followed — especially across locations and mixed B2B / B2C sales.

- SMB operators ignore jargon — product sites must speak store language.
- Compliance features only matter when they sit inside daily workflow.
